What does a managed services engagement include?
A monthly bundle of administration, user support, maintenance and small enhancements, sized to your org and your team. Larger projects (new integrations, custom development) are scoped separately — but delivered by the same team that already knows your business.
How is this different from hiring an in-house admin?
You get a whole bench instead of one person: admin skills plus developer, architect and QA support when a request needs it — with coverage during vacations and turnover, usually at a lower cost than a single full-time senior hire.
What are your response times?
We commit to response times as part of the engagement, tiered by severity. A production-down issue is not a next-week conversation. The exact SLA depends on the plan we size together.
Can you take over an org we're unhappy with?
Yes — most managed services clients come to us with an existing org, not a new one. We start with a health check, document what exists, stabilize the urgent, and then improve continuously.
