Subprocessors
This page explains how Zimmic — ZLabs S.R.L., together with its affiliated companies Zimmic LLC and Zimmic E.A.S. — engages subprocessors when delivering services to customers, and how customers can obtain further information.
What Is a Subprocessor
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by Zimmic that processes personal data on behalf of Zimmic's customers in the course of delivering contracted services. Examples of typical subprocessor functions include infrastructure hosting, communications, and business productivity tooling.
When Zimmic May Use a Subprocessor
Zimmic may engage a subprocessor when a service or capability is best delivered through a specialized provider. Before engaging a provider that will process customer personal data, Zimmic assesses the provider and binds it to obligations of confidentiality and data protection consistent with Zimmic's commitments to its customers, in line with the third-party risk practices described in our Security Overview. In many engagements, services are delivered within the customer's own environments and platforms, in which case those platforms are the customer's own providers rather than Zimmic subprocessors.
Requesting Further Information
Customers can request the current list of subprocessors relevant to their services, and further information about any of them, by contacting privacy@zimmic.com or their Zimmic account contact.
Updates to This Page
Changes to this page are reflected here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a customer's agreement with Zimmic includes specific subprocessor notification obligations, changes are communicated as set out in that agreement.

Where Zimmic professionals access a customer's own environments (for example, the customer's Salesforce org), they do so under the customer's authorization and the customer's own platform agreements; those platforms are not Zimmic subprocessors. AI tools are used in accordance with our Responsible AI Usage policy, and customer confidential information is not used to train publicly available models without express authorization.
